Colors make me smile...

Happy Valentines Day!!! I hope everyone is having a great day/evening, no matter if you're loving yourself, or somebody else. ;)

Ever since I tried color-blocking, I've wanted to wear more color. I picked this sweater up around a month ago from Old Navy. It was on clearance for $2.47!! Now that's what I call a deal!! I normally would have passed this sweater up, but not this time. I picked it up and thought about what I would pair with it. My initial thought was to wear it with a tan tank underneath, and brown slacks/pants, or jeans. Very matchy-matchy, right??

After thinking about it for a while I thought, yea the sweater has this orange color, but why not put it up against another bright color. YELLOW!! Yea buddy! I love it! It made me smile when I saw the color palette. I also chose black pants instead of brown. I feel so proud of myself... Not matching and all. YAY ME! =D

    Cute sweater! Love the mix of vibrant colors you are coming out if your shell for color that's so awesome, cause you look gret in vibrant colors! What a steal for the cardigan too ! Happy Love day to you and your hubby :)

    I love this look. I love the color blocking and the sweater is darling. How come I cant find anything at Old Navy? I guess it wouldn't hurt if I actually looked, Im just scared I'll go in there and people will look at me like "We don't carry YOUR size!!"... I should just get over that fear because they actually do if they carry XXL's in store, but still, awkward... Anyway back to you, very cute palette, and it looks great on your skin. And you hair is darlng too. I love the little flip!!
